Cancellation and Refund Policy – Car Inspection Expert

1. Order Cancellation by the Company:
Car Inspection Expert reserves the right to cancel orders at any time due to unforeseen reasons, including but not limited to technical errors, unavailability of inspection services, slot unavailability, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Our decision regarding such cancellations shall be final, and we shall not be held liable for any such cancellations.
If an order is cancelled after a successful payment has been made and the user’s account has been charged, we shall initiate a refund of the paid amount to the original source of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, bank transfer, or any other payment method used).

2. Order Cancellation by the User:
Once the service is confirm, you can raise a cancelation request within Four hour. after Four hour we are not able to cancel your request. Users may request the cancellation of their booked inspection service. However, Car Inspection Expert reserves the right to accept or reject such requests at its sole discretion without any obligation to provide a reason.
If a cancellation request is accepted and the inspection has not yet been initiated or scheduled, we will initiate a refund within a reasonable time frame.
If the inspection has already been processed or completed, the Company holds full rights to reject the cancellation request.
By placing an order, the user agrees to accept the Company’s decision in such matters without holding Car Inspection Expert liable for any damages, delays, or losses.

3. Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances shall Car Inspection Expert’s liability exceed providing a rescheduled inspection or an alternate inspection of equivalent value. No monetary compensation will be provided beyond the actual amount paid.

4. Return and Refund Policy:
Since inspection services are time-based and involve expert scheduling, returns are not applicable. Refunds may only be considered in cases of:

  • Cancellations approved before service initiation
  • Double payments
  • Payment failure with confirmation

Each refund request will be reviewed individually. The Company’s decision will be final.

5. Chargebacks:
You may have the right to raise a chargeback with your bank or card provider, based on their policies. However, Car Inspection Expert is not responsible for processing such chargebacks.
We reserve the right to review your account and transaction history if a chargeback request is initiated.
If we suspect any fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend, block, or terminate your account immediately.


6. Refund Timelines:

All refund amounts shall be credited to the Buyer’s account as per the payment method used at the time of booking. The estimated timelines for refunds are provided below and may vary based on the payment mechanism:
